Failed email deliveries now visible in dashboard

You can now see when email deliveries fail and view the associated error messages directly in your dashboard. Previously these errors were only visible in the SMTP / API responses.

When an email fails to send due to validation errors or processing issues, the failure is now tracked and displayed alongside your successful deliveries, complete with detailed error information to help diagnose the problem.
